Still in the same group, 72 percent said it could follow the diet plan; and only 13 percent who said that taking excess alco**hol from the weekly limit. Meanwhile, a third man who says poor sleep tendency gaining weight because they woke up longer and have more time to eat.

According to research, our sleep patterns have changed drastically over the last hundred years. Before the first world war, the average person is sleeping more than nine hours a night. The reason is because there is no “disturbance” at night like mall, bar, or nightclub. However, currently we slept an average of seven and a half hours, in which time the women sleep an average of 20 minutes longer than men.
