Before deciding to follow a specific dietary method, it’s good to consider a health condition first. If you have a history of gastric acid disease, it is better not to carelessly diet just because you want to lose weight, because if not careful the effect will not be fun.
GERD Diet Plan
For patients with GERD, one of the ways to overcome this disease is to change the eating behavior.
Eat a little but often.
Consume less food, but the intensity more often can reduce the pressure in the stomach. Higher abdominal pressure can cause your LES to relax, allowing your stomach content to flow to your esophagus.
Replace your diet, which is usually 3 times a day with a more frequent meal frequency, but with smaller portions. Large feeding portions can make the esophageal muscles overwhelmed, causing reflux.

In addition, bananas are also rich in potassium that can normalize the increase in blood pressure due to stress attacks. But you should choose a banana that does not contain a lot of gas.
Wheat and Grain.
Foods such as breads and cereals usually contain fiber content in the body and can be tolerated to be digested deeper in the stomach.
