Symptoms of an overdose.
- Anxiety.
- A change of consciousness, the patterns and rhythms of speech.
- Convulsions (seizures).
- Dizzy, faint, or mild headache when getting up from lying down or sitting position suddenly.
- Sleepy.
- Dry mouth.
- Pass out.
- Hallucinations.
- Heart stopped beating.
- High fever.
- High or low blood pressure.
- The increased sweating.
- Being hot-tempered and aggressive.
- The Mood or mental changes.
- Pale or blue lips, nails, or skin.
- Muscle stiffness.
- Nervous, or anxious.
- Unusual fatigue or weakness.
Contraindications:
- Narrow-angle glaucoma;
- Breastfeeding women
- For infections: acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina; hypotension or severe bradycardia; sick sinus syndrome; post cardiac surgery.

Interaction.
Depression of respiratory and central nervous system. Blood pressure, pulse rate and breathing speed must be monitored for at least 4 hours after intramuscular injection, especially those that also got another antipsychotic or benzodiazepines.
