Prevention
- Don’t snack in any place.
- Avoid foods that contain high fat and sugar.
- Drink water at least 1.5 to 2 liters (approximately 8 glasses) a day and other liquids every day.
- Exercises, like walking (jogging) can be done. At least 10-15 minutes for light workouts, and at least 2 hours of heavier workouts.
- Familiarize yourself with regular bowel movements and don’t like to hold bowel movements. There is no need to force to defecate every day when there is no stimulus because each person’s digestive cycle differs.
- Consumption of foods containing enough fiber, such as fruits and vegetables.
- Sleeps at least 4 hours a day.

1 week

1-2 weeks
In such cases, you need a stimulant laxative that will stimulate the movement of intestinal muscles. If the bowel movements are smooth, you should discontinue its use so that the body does not depend on the help of such drugs.

Stool that is not excreted more than 3 weeks has become a chronic thing. You need to go to the doctor to get medical treatment.
